Using the Training tab

Log drill completions, track your streak, and hit the re-analysis trigger.

The Training tab shows your personalized drills based on your latest analysis. Each drill card has:

  • Issue being addressed (e.g., ‘Arms Breaking 90’)
  • Severity badge (Red = fix first, Yellow = improving, Green = maintain)
  • Drill name + Kevin's cue (e.g., ‘Ear to hip pocket. Every time.’)
  • Sets/reps + demo video button

To mark a drill done: tap the green ‘Mark Done’ button on the drill card. Your streak increments, the card dims, and the drill counts toward your weekly total.

Re-analysis nudge: after 6+ drill completions since your last analysis, you'll see a blue banner prompting you to film again. Re-analysis is how you prove improvement.
